BANJA LUKA TO GET A DINO PARK: LOCATION STILL UNDER DISCUSSION

The location for the planned dinosaur-themed park in Banja Luka is still under consideration, city officials have announced. They emphasized that the final decision will be made through consultations with citizens and experts to determine the most suitable site for the Dino Park.

Milada Šukalo, the mayor’s advisor, stated that the primary goal when selecting the location is to ensure it benefits both residents of Banja Luka and tourists.

"We will carefully evaluate and choose the best location for this concept. Our aim is to follow the trends of numerous European and global cities by continuously enhancing our tourist offerings and making Banja Luka an even more attractive destination. Given that theme parks across the region and Europe attract a large number of visitors, especially families with children and nature enthusiasts, we wanted to bring such an attraction to our city as well," Šukalo said.

Theme parks of this kind remain appealing throughout the year, expanding the city's tourism offerings and increasing Banja Luka’s competitiveness as a destination. This initiative is expected to strengthen the local tourism sector and further promote the city as a must-visit location.
