Mayor of Banja Luka, Draško Stanivuković, presented the conceptual design for the future Book Park with a monument to Kulin Ban, which will be erected in the center of the largest city in Republika Srpska.

"This is yet another in a series of parks we are building in our city," stated Stanivuković.

The park will feature stands where street vendors can display and sell books.

"There will also be a monument to Kulin Ban with the oldest trade charter inscribed in Cyrillic script, beginning with the words 'In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,'" emphasized Stanivuković.

The park will be located between the National Theatre of Republika Srpska and the new cultural center, "Kuća Milanovića."
