Covering an expanse of 2,000 square meters, the proposed space will feature a cinema and an open-air amphitheater, adorned with lush greenery and a candle-shaped monument. This monument serves as a poignant tribute to one of Banja Luka's most challenging periods: the Veleizdajnički process, during which many of the city's brightest minds were unjustly condemned to death simply for being Serbs, Orthodox Christians, and for using the Cyrillic script.

Mayor Stanivuković expressed his sentiments about the project on social media, highlighting its significance as a historical landmark for Banja Luka.

He emphasized that this park will not only commemorate a crucial chapter in the city's history but also emerge as one of its most iconic and cherished landmarks.

The unveiling of this conceptual design marks a significant step forward in revitalizing and reimagining urban spaces within Banja Luka, promising to enrich the city's cultural landscape while honoring its past.
