TINA BJELOBRKOVIĆ: WE ARE NO LONGER JUST ABOUT CREATIVITY

Kotor, Montenegro – From May 29 to June 1, 2025, the coastal town of Kotor will once again become the epicenter of creativity and innovation, as it hosts the fourth edition of the CIM Forum—one of the most prominent regional gatherings dedicated to creative industries and media.

TINA BJELOBRKOVIĆ: WE ARE NO LONGER JUST ABOUT CREATIVITY

In anticipation of this year’s event, we spoke with Tina Bjelobrković, who has served as the Forum’s PR lead for four consecutive years.

What Can We Expect from CIM Forum 2025?

“From May 29 to June 1, Kotor won’t just be a picturesque backdrop—it will transform into a dynamic stage where creativity isn’t just showcased, but actively created,” Bjelobrković explains.

CIM Forum 2025 promises a rich fusion of ideas, inspiration, and dialogue, bringing together leading voices from the regional and international creative industries. The event will feature a mix of panels, workshops, and informal gatherings, offering participants a unique space for experience sharing and collaboration.

“But CIM is more than a conference,” she adds. “It’s an experience.” From the aromas of Boka cuisine to breathtaking views and the city’s vibrant energy—where tradition and innovation intertwine—the forum offers a unique cultural and creative journey.

The closing evening will culminate in a concert by Dubioza Kolektiv, perfectly echoing the Forum’s mission to blur boundaries between form and content, past and future. Notable speakers this year include Dejan Cukić, Lazar Džamić, Tea Jagodić, Carmen Bistrian, Đorđe Janković, Boris Beker, Tisja Kljaković Braić, Patrick Collister, Ana Rucner, and Dr. Vladimir Đurić—each bringing their own vision to the table. “The future isn't predicted—it’s created,” says Bjelobrković.

How Are Preparations Going?

Preparations are in full swing, with every detail being thoughtfully crafted to exceed expectations—from the speakers and topics to the music and casual meetups.

“We’ll soon reveal even more names and fresh segments that will make CIM 2025 richer and more dynamic than ever,” Bjelobrković notes. The opening is set for May 29, kicking off four days of shifting perspectives.

Has CIM Become a Creative Brand of Montenegro?

“CIM has not only become a brand—it is today one of the most recognizable names in Montenegro’s contemporary creative scene,” Bjelobrković affirms.

Far beyond a single event, the Forum has grown into a space for encounters between ideas, art, innovation, and open dialogue. As a movement affirming regional potential, CIM sends a clear message: Montenegro has something to say—and knows how to say it through culture, design, media, and communication.

“In a time that demands relevance, CIM brings content that endures and connects,” she adds.

Any Exclusive News for First-Time Visitors?

For the first time ever, CIM Forum will introduce Neuro Awards—an experimental award format that captures subconscious jury reactions.

Using EEG and eye-tracking technology, this year’s advertisements won’t be judged in the traditional sense—they’ll be experienced. Emotions and attention are not assumed, but measured, offering what Bjelobrković calls “the most objective judging system to date.” The concept is led by Dalibor Šumiga, one of the region’s top consumer behavior experts.

“If you’re thinking about visiting CIM Forum for the first time, now’s the moment,” she says. “Because we’re no longer just dealing with creativity—we’re exploring what it awakens within us.”
