It is presented to only the top 1% of McDonald’s general managers worldwide who demonstrate exceptional results, leadership skills, and unwavering dedication to the company’s core values.

The award ceremony will take place next year in Las Vegas, where Darko will stand alongside the most successful McDonald’s managers from around the world.
