This achievement placed Serbia in third place for the number of booths represented. Among the innovators was Nemanja Andrić, who showcased the startup Lena.

What is this product about?

"Our product leverages artificial intelligence to provide 24/7 assistance through a chatbot. It can be tailored to any industry or field, and if supplied with sufficient information at the start, it uses our support system to generate the best possible responses for users. Regarding sales, our research shows this technology can increase sales by approximately 30%, making it incredibly useful for any website," said Andrić.

The idea emerged when the team recognized the market's growing demand for such solutions.

"We believe that in the next 10 years, every website will have a chatbot. Our product enhances accessibility, for instance, for people with disabilities who might struggle to use a keyboard, as we also offer a voice assistant option. Everything you see on a website, every product or service offered, can be represented and sold through a robot instead of a human," Andrić explained.

The Lena startup stands out as an example of Serbian innovation making waves on the global stage, further cementing the country’s reputation as a rising tech hub.
