AN EVENING OF LOVE, MEMORIES AND VERSE IN DERVENTA

An emotional and unique musical-poetic event titled “The Poetry and Song of Life” will take place on August 5 at the Cultural Center in Derventa.

The evening will be hosted by Boris Režak, a well-known musician from Banja Luka, and Marko Milošević, one of the most prominent contemporary Serbian poets. The audience will have the opportunity to enjoy a blend of music and poetry, a concept that the duo has successfully presented across the region, regularly filling concert and cultural venues.

“Under the starry sky, in the heart of summer, the audience will be guided through a story of love, life, and dreams – through verses that linger in the memory and melodies that touch the soul,” the event announcement states.

The carefully crafted repertoire is designed to offer an authentic artistic experience, blurring the lines between a concert and a poetic performance.

Režak will perform some of his most well-known songs, while Milošević will lead the audience through a world of poetry that has received widespread acclaim throughout the region.

Marko Milošević is the author of four poetry collections and has held over 70 poetry evenings, with many well-known actors from the former Yugoslavia reciting his verses.

Tickets are available for 20 KM and can be purchased at the box office of the Cultural Center Derventa.
