It’s quick, easy to make, and everyone who has tried it says it’s delicious.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 glass (200 ml) of sugar
2 glasses of milk
1 glass of oil
2 glasses of ground biscuits
2 glasses of flour
1 packet of baking powder
For topping:
200 g of Eurocrem (chocolate-hazelnut spread)
Instructions
Whisk the egg whites with sugar until well combined, then add the yolks. Mix in the oil, milk, ground biscuits, flour, and baking powder until smooth.
Line a baking pan (20x30 cm) with parchment paper, and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
While the cake is still hot, spread Eurocrem over the top and sprinkle with extra ground biscuits if desired.
