KOTOR – CIM Forum 2025 has once again confirmed its status as the region’s leading platform for dialogue, ideas, and innovation – and it’s more than just a spectator event. As organizers emphasize, CIM Forum is not something to observe – it’s something to live.
The event kicked off with an opening ceremony that set the tone for a dynamic and emotionally charged experience. Early in the morning, participants engaged in an art therapy session with Marija Džoganović at Hub Livada, while British Council workshops ran in parallel.
The official start of the forum came with a compelling lecture by Lazar Džamić on the “Seven Pillars of a Successful Employer Brand.” This was followed by a touching and humorous conversation titled "U malu je uša đava” with renowned artist and author Tisja Kljaković Braić, which filled the venue with laughter and emotion.
One of the forum’s standout moments was Andy Brydon’s immersive performance “Sound as a Bridge,” followed by a rich lineup of talks and panels. Topics included crisis reputation management (with Boris Beker and Nevena Kurtagić), feminine energy in art (Ana Rucner and Vjera Mujović), communication and storytelling (Ana Mihajlovski), and an exclusive behind-the-scenes glimpse into pop culture history with Brian Rašić and Dejan Cukić.
The program also highlighted the premiere of the local video game Bleak Faith, a provocative lecture by Uroš Petrović titled “The Revolution is in the Brain”, and an inspiring anti-mainstream story from Andrija Dulović.
In the afternoon, attendees experienced the flavors of traditional Boka cuisine, thanks to partnerships with VOLI and Dojmi. On the Pjaca od Kina stage, talks from Renato Subotić, Dr. Vladimir Đurić, and Ana Mihajlovski explored media, psychology, and content from fresh and diverse perspectives.
The evening concluded with thoughtful conversations about film and dramaturgy led by Stevan and Staša Koprivica, followed by the panel “Between Frame and Brand” with Miloš Pavlović and Bruno Anković.
As night fell, the terrace of Dojmi transformed into a vibrant space for the Jägermeister DRS Party, featuring energizing DJ sets and a festive atmosphere that captured the spirit of the Forum – a true celebration of creativity in all its forms.
“CIM Forum was always envisioned as a place where ideas aren’t just presented – they’re shared, questioned, and co-created. This year, we aimed to dig even deeper into the issues shaping modern life – from emotions to algorithms,” said Kristina Gačević, Executive Director of the Forum. “Kotor offers a unique context where the past doesn’t hold back the future – it inspires it. What’s most rewarding is seeing people from different industries come together, united by a shared desire for meaning and connection. This wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our partners – from the Ministry of Culture and Media, the Municipality of Kotor, and the British Council, to Crnogorski Telekom, Mastercard, NLB, CKB, VOLI, and many others who helped build CIM 2025 with us. CIM Forum is an invitation to pause and reflect – on how we live, work, and communicate.”
