Fish can be prepared quickly and easily.
Ingredients needed:
Fish (in this recipe, trout)
Salt
4 cloves of garlic
Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of bread flour
2 tablespoons of cornmeal
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of dried seasoning
Preparation:
Clean the fish, trim the fins, pat it dry with a paper towel, and salt it well. Then, sprinkle it with lemon juice. In a bowl, mix both flours, paprika, and seasoning.
Fill the fish with chopped garlic and parsley, and secure it a bit with toothpicks. Coat it well in the flour mixture and fry in hot oil. Reduce the temperature and cover it with a lid. Once it turns golden brown, flip it over. Serve warm with potato salad and lemon slices.
