The Duboka River is a left tributary of the Vrbanka River, emerging from the powerful Gladno Spring within the territory of the Municipality of Kotor Varoš.
Along its course, it receives water from numerous springs, streams, and brooks on both sides. Despite its many cascades, visitors are particularly drawn to the Skakavac waterfall.

Residents of the village of Grabovica, representatives of the Coalition for the Protection of Duboka, the Center for the Environment, the Mountaineering Society "Mehanizam," the Sports Fishing Society of Kotor Varoš, and nature enthusiasts have rallied together, demanding the cancellation of the documentation issued to the investor for the construction of the mini power plant.
