So far, approximately 150 dunums of land have been cultivated and transformed into a park, with water and electricity infrastructure installed. Three ski slopes have been built – a sledding slope, a children's ski slope, and one for adults. A ski lift has been installed on the children's slope and was put into trial operation at the end of last year.

In addition to winter activities, work on the lake has been completed, and it has already hosted the Epiphany swimming competition for the Holy Cross for the second consecutive year. A church is also planned for construction, with completion expected by the end of the year.

In the upcoming period, two hospitality facilities will be built – one near the ski resort and another next to children's play areas. Lighting for at least three kilometers of streets is planned, along with the beginning of apartment complex construction.

Ostojić emphasized that the support of the local community is crucial for the project’s success, particularly for road improvements, including resurfacing the access road to Busija and asphalting a one-kilometer section within the complex.

The Mayor of Lopare, Rado Savić, stated that the presented plans have been accepted and that the municipality will participate in their implementation.

"We expect Busija to gain new facilities this year, which will be beneficial for our citizens and all nature lovers," said Savić.
