REGISTRATION OF PRIVATE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDERS IN PRIJEDOR

The Tourist Organization of Prijedor has prepared a brief guide for individuals registering to provide accommodation services in apartments, vacation homes, or rental rooms, in accordance with amendments to the Law on Residence Tax.

The registration process includes signing a contract with a tourist organization or agency, obtaining an APIF certificate, categorizing the accommodation, registering guests, and submitting monthly reports to the Tax Administration. Residence tax must be paid to the public revenue account of Republika Srpska.
