All creative projects realized during 2024 are eligible for submission. Applicants must prepare a video presentation of up to 120 seconds and submit their entry by May 15, 2025. There is no limit to the number of submissions, and a jury of 10 distinguished experts in communications, marketing, and media will select the winners.

A Revolution in Judging: NEURO AWARDS – A World First

This year’s CIM Forum introduces a global innovation – NEURO AWARDS, the first awards in the world to evaluate creative work using neuromarketing tools such as EEG and eye-tracking technology. Instead of relying on subjective opinions, this approach will measure the jury’s emotional and cognitive responses, making the selection process scientifically grounded and unbiased.

The NEURO AWARDS segment is led by Dalibor Šumiga, one of the region’s leading experts in neuromarketing and consumer behavior. Unlike traditional competitions, this segment is non-competitive and celebratory, focusing on inspiration, knowledge exchange, and the recognition of ideas that push the boundaries of creative industries.

Projects in the NEURO AWARDS segment will be evaluated by a jury of 16 renowned professionals, including academics, researchers, and experts in creativity and innovation, ensuring the highest level of expertise, objectivity, and credibility.

Awards Ceremony

The awards ceremony will take place on May 31 in Kotor, as the highlight of this year’s CIM Forum.
