Located just four kilometers from Miljevina, towards the village of Jeleč in Foča, lies the Oteša Waterfall, named after the river into which it cascades.
This natural wonder stands about 20 meters tall and can be reached by either driving or walking along a route that combines both asphalt and gravel roads.
The path leading to the waterfall is well-marked with bicycle signage, making it easy to navigate.
The waterfall is hidden within a beech forest, and reaching it requires a short, steep 200-meter hike.
Oteša Waterfall reveals its true beauty in the spring when the snow melts, causing the waterfall to swell. However, during dry summer months, it often dries up.
