Recently, in most restaurants, lamb roasting ranges from 60 to 65 KM, while in some, this figure goes up to 75 KM!

Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina are finding it increasingly difficult to cope with the almost constant rise in food prices, and meat is becoming a luxury for many.

Although it's becoming less common to find in butcher shops, the demand for domestic lamb in butcher shops is quite pronounced.

However, the price of this meat, which is considered a delicacy by many, has never been higher, and numerous citizens are shocked by the fact that lamb was being sold in some butcher shops these days for as much as 30 KM per kilogram.

Two years ago, the price of this meat was half as much.

Local lamb breeders sell lamb for between 23 and 25 KM per kilogram live weight, and, as they have told us, numerous factors influence such prices.
