Students and teachers at the Miloš Crnjanski Elementary School in Banja Luka will now have the opportunity to work with a smart board, aiming to enhance the educational process.
As part of the socially responsible project "Smart
Boards for the Best Schools," the Azerbaijani company Azvirt donated a
smart board to this educational institution in the Petrićevac neighborhood of
Banja Luka for the purpose of modernizing teaching methods.
Ahmet Murat Turkoglu, the General Director of Azvirt,
presented the board to the school representatives, emphasizing that this is
just one of the socially responsible activities through which they, as a
foreign company, aim to contribute to the development of the community in which
they operate.
"At Azvirt, we believe that youth are our future, and
we are always ready to get involved and help when it comes to education and
gaining knowledge. No one can solve everything, but each of us can and must do
something. Everywhere we work, we contribute to the development of local
communities and are recognized as valuable members of the society we help
build. Sometimes it is through scholarships or assistance to hospitals, as it
was during COVID-19, or through cooperation with sports associations. We have
been present in the region for over a decade, working on significant
infrastructure projects, and have been active in Bosnia and Herzegovina for
several years, considering ourselves part of the community. Moreover, over 95%
of our employees are citizens of BiH, so it is natural for us to initiate
beneficial and valuable projects. We see it as our duty and a great pleasure.
Our goal is to build excellent roads and bridges, but also to foster friendly
ties between our peoples," said Turkoglu.
The smart board will provide teachers with new opportunities to organize better and more engaging lessons, and make it easier for students to grasp new material.
Nikola Radulović, the principal of Miloš Crnjanski
Elementary School, stated that it is important to improve the teaching process
and keep up with the times. He believes this donation will significantly
contribute to that goal.
"On behalf of Miloš Crnjanski Elementary School and
myself, I wholeheartedly thank Azvirt for this wonderful gift, which I am
absolutely sure will greatly enhance our teaching process. I also hope and
believe that we will continue to collaborate in the future on other projects
related to our school's development because this company deserves it, and I
believe we will justify their trust," Radulović emphasized.
The "Smart Boards for the Best Schools" project by
Azvirt is being implemented during May and June in four local communities in
BiH. Besides Miloš Crnjanski Elementary School, an interactive board has
already been donated to Ćamil Sijarić Elementary School in Nemila, near Zenica,
and Skender Kulenović Elementary School in Sarajevo. Similar activities are
planned for Mostar, where Azvirt will gift smart boards to the representatives
of the VI Elementary School.
