BRATUNAC CALLS YOUNG FARMERS TO REGISTER FOR DATABASE AND SUPPORT PROGRAM

This initiative, launched in cooperation with the Youth Agripreneurs Network and the Agricultural Project Coordination Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska, targets young agricultural producers under the age of 35.

The call is open to young people living in rural areas who own registered agricultural holdings and are actively involved in farming or agritourism. The goal is to map out the youth farming population and gather essential information for the development of future support measures.

The upcoming database will be a key tool for planning and implementing new programs tailored to the needs of rural youth in the coming year. In addition to identifying active young farmers, the initiative seeks to collect their input, challenges, and suggestions to help shape policies that will improve their conditions and opportunities.

Applications can be submitted by mail or in person at the Municipal Department for Economy and Social Activities no later than October 31.
