A FAREWELL TO REMEMBER: COLLEAGUES SURPRISE SNJEŽANA ON HER RETIREMENT DAY

But when colleagues organize a truly special send-off, it becomes more than just a farewell — it becomes a heartfelt memory that speaks volumes about the one leaving, as well as those staying behind.

Such an extraordinary farewell was recently organized by the staff of the Public Institution Higher Medical School in Prijedor for their colleague Snježana. Wanting to surprise her, they arranged a symbolic and creative touch — an old-timer car with a sign that read "Just Retired".

With thoughtful gifts, flowers, and plenty of smiles, Snježana was sent off into this new phase of life surrounded by warmth and appreciation.

“After many years of dedicated work and commitment, our dear colleague Snježana is heading into a well-deserved retirement. We wish you good health, joy, and many beautiful moments in this new chapter. And just so you know, the doors of our institution will always remain open for you — now more for coffee and laughter than obligations. Good luck, Snježa!” read the message shared by the Higher Medical School Prijedor, along with photos from the celebration.
