According to the agreement, the new owner will take over the entire business and customer base of SBB, while some sports channels will be transferred to Telekom Srbija.

Regarding the next steps, e& PPF Telecom Group emphasizes that obtaining regulatory approvals is the priority.

"The usual practice is to initiate the process of regulatory approvals. Once, and if, all necessary approvals are obtained, e& PPF Telecom Group will officially become the owner of SBB and will begin integrating the company into the Group's operations," said the company spokesperson.

When asked about future plans and how they intend to integrate the new company, they stated that they will combine SBB’s infrastructure with the services that Yettel already provides.

"This will also allow us to offer new and improved services to a larger number of users, as well as to invest in new technologies."

SBB will continue to broadcast the channels it has been airing so far, including N1, Nova S, and Sportklub.

One of the key questions for users was whether SBB will now be able to offer Arena Sport, given the changes in sports channel ownership.

"Once the necessary conditions are met, SBB will include both Arena Sport and Sportklub channels in its offer. After the transaction is approved, both SBB and Yettel will have Sportklub and Arena Sport. This means that, for the first time, all sports content will be available on all TV platforms for all users," they stated.

The total value of companies owned by e& PPF Telecom Group in Serbia now reaches €1.5 billion, making this transaction one of the largest in the telecommunications sector in the region, according to Telegraf.rs.
