The Tourism Organization of Republika Srpska will participate in two international tourism fairs from February 20 to 23 - in Budapest and Belgrade, focusing on active holiday offers such as rafting, paragliding, canyoning, and hiking, according to the organization.
Sanela Šimun, Public Relations Associate at the Tourism Organization of Republika Srpska, stated that at the "Travel-Hungexpo" Tourism Fair in Budapest, Republika Srpska's offer will be presented at an independent exhibition space.
She emphasized that this will be the fourth time the Tourism Organization of Republika Srpska is participating in this prestigious event after expanding its market reach to Hungary.
Regarding the Tourism Fair in Belgrade, participation in this event is of great importance for Republika Srpska, as the majority of tourists come from Serbia.
Šimun noted that the Tourism Organization of Republika Srpska, in cooperation with local tourism organizations, will present the overall tourism offer. The focus will be on active holiday options such as rafting, hiking, paragliding, canyoning, national parks, and gastronomy.
Additionally, offers from spa and wellness centers, summer mountain tourism, as well as festivals and events to be held in Republika Srpska, will be showcased, along with standard city break tours.
Participation in the Tourism Fair in Belgrade is being realized in cooperation with the Representation of Republika Srpska in Serbia and with the support of the Ministry of Trade and Tourism of Republika Srpska.
The Tourism Organization of Republika Srpska will also take part in the fifth International Tourism Fair "Banja Luka 2025," which will be held from February 28 to March 2.
