OFFICIAL PRICE PER SQUARE METER OF APARTMENTS IN REPUBLIKA SRPSKA?

The average price of newly sold, completed apartments in the third quarter of 2024 reached 2,937 KM per square meter.

According to data from the Republika Srpska Institute of Statistics, this represents an increase of 8.9% compared to the third quarter of 2023, and a rise of 13.2% compared to the average price of newly sold, completed apartments last year.

In Banja Luka, the average price per square meter is currently 3,618 KM. In the third quarter of last year, the average price per square meter for new apartments in Republika Srpska was 2,697 KM, while in Banja Luka it averaged 3,369 KM. Prices for apartments in Banja Luka range from around 2,800 KM for the least expensive to over 6,000 KM for the most luxurious units.

In the third quarter of this year, a total of 742 apartments were sold in Republika Srpska, up from 720 in the same period last year. Specifically in Banja Luka, the number of sold apartments rose from 249 to 287.

“The number of newly sold, completed apartments in Republika Srpska in the third quarter of 2024 is 3.1% higher compared to the third quarter of 2023,” reported the Institute, as shared by ATV.
